Path With God

Path With God… “Remember not the former thingsNor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing:now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?I will make a way in the wildernessAnd rivers in the desert.”(Isaiah 43:18-19)During the fall season, I like to hike one of my favorite trails after dropping the kids off at school.  This is where I like to spend my time alone with my thoughts. It’s my time with God and time to disconnect from the world.  On this particular day, I snapped a picture of the trail I was walking. It reminds me of my current journey with God. He lays before me a path to walk.  But as you can see you can’t see too far ahead of where it will be taking me. It could be taking me down through the forest or up to the mountain tops or even both during the different seasons of my life.  Right now, I feel far off that path. I feel stuck and frozen in this point of my journey. I can’t look behind because well that time has passed but I’m not ready to move forward. I’m not ready to accept where this path is taking me.  This is taking me to a new unknown that I am so unfamiliar with. So, all I feel I have in me is to stand here frozen in time and let the world around me go on. Then maybe just maybe things could rewind or fast forward over this time of my journey.  But that’s wishful thinking and how I would handle rocky journey right now. Although I like to turn away and put blinders on. He invites me gently to walk this path and it’s up to me whether I would like to come along. Sometimes I start off on this path but I do get distracted or scared along the way.  However, the path God has for me is always there carved out waiting for me to get back on track with Him. If you are anything like me my trails lead off this path more frequently than I like to admit. Eventually I am always guided back loving and graciously onto the path God has for me. He waits patiently for me to see that His path will not harm me.  He knows what I will need along the way and when…

A Positive You | 90 Day Journal

A Positive You 90 Day Journal There are so many feels about knowing we have created this journal to help transform the lives of those ready to be great, ready to be better than the person you were yesterday! This journal is for you, our wish is that you begin to see life through a different lens.  That you remember that there is light at the end of the tunnel.  We know this tool will transform your life just like it did for us.  Remember that you are one of a kind, your life is a gift and you are amazing. Through our journeys in life, we began the practice of  applying these three principles to our daily routines: Positive Journaling Daily Affirmations Daily Gratitude The power of our mind is incredible.  Whatever it is that your heart desires can be achieved through the power of your own mind.  We have learned through our journey of growth that our thoughts have a significant impact on our lives that is truly powerful. Positive Journaling is about using your powerful mind to share your experiences and lessons in a way that not only changes the way you think, but changes the way you feel.  Similar to when we look good, we feel good.  Same goes for being positive, when we think positive, we feel good right? In order to make changes in your life you must change the way you use your mind, which means shifting your mindset. Daily Affirmations can be said quietly to yourself or out loud affirming whatever it is you desire or seek most.  I personally like to say it out loud, I believe when I speak it out loud the universe can hear me and send me all the positive vibrations that I seek. Daily Gratitude is another powerful tool.  Daily gratitude is something I practice without fail every single day. Writing down what I am grateful for and speaking it as I write it out, immediately sends it into the universe and is what helps me grow everyday as I believe the universe truly has my back! We have simply placed these three tools in the journal, A Positive You  for you to begin your journey through our 90 day journal!  We hope that you love it as much as we do and as long as you make it a consistent practice, you too will see…
